You’re So Smoothieeee

I love to cook.  More accurately – I love to bake.  I think I might start posting a recipe every week to give you an idea of my favorite things.  Here’s an easy one to start out…

 Smoothies

1 bag vanilla chips

1 bag butterscotch chips

1 ½ c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy – your choice)

 

Melt chips separately in microwave.  Combine melted chips and peanut butter, stirring till smooth.  Spoon into muffin cup liners.  Chill in fridge for about 5 minutes or until set.

 

If you’re using the mini muffin cups, I find it easier to put the mixture into a gallon sized plastic bag and snip one of the corners.  This makes it easier to put the mixture into the mini muffin cup liners.  You can smooth it out easier, too. 

 

These are delicious.  And can be eaten with a tall glass of milk or a big bottle of ice cold water.  You’ll need it!!

 

This recipe came from a woman I work with (one of the few that I actually like), but I’m sure she won’t mind if I post it on my blog.  (and I don’t think she reads my blog, so she’ll never know!)

    I’m loving the recipe idea. But that doesn’t mean you get out of making us “grown women” at the office some of these yummy smoothies again real soon!!!!!!!!!!
